Lucas, we are so glad that you had a good time at our cabin in Island Park. It was a pleasure to have you stay and we appreciate the GREAT CARE that you took of our 'home away from home'!

Jordan, we would love to hear from you regarding the items in the home that you feel were 'unmaintained' and what was 'dirty' that should have been more clean. You mentioned that someone had to sleep on the couch due to a broken bed. We are puzzled regarding the bed that was 'falling apart' and that you were frustrated that someone had to sleep on the couch because of this problem. We are always more than willing to help the situation and replied quickly to your messages and didn't hear back from you. There were more than enough beds that were ready for your party of 9 that you identified in your rental request. There were beds made for 16 people to sleep. We are sorry that you felt that we were uninterested in helping because we reached out and you never responded.

It was a joy to have Susie stay at our cabin. I would DEFINITELY rent to her again!! They left things VERY clean upon departure. Our communication was a success but it was difficult to get the workers there quickly enough to fix the WIFI. Thank you to Susie and her family for leaving things so "clean" even after departure.

Brian, I am sorry that your experience was only SO SO. We take pride in making your stay a happy and comfortable one. We definitely understand how it is having elderly parents and the stairs down to the 2nd 'gathering room’. We received your reservation for 5- adults and 0- children . I know that the beds were made to actually accommodate 8 adults with regards to pillows. (1 king, 2 Queens and 2 Full beds that each had a 2 sleeping pillows.) There were 8 pillows with pillow cases left altogether (2 more in the 'bunk room'). those were left due to the fact that we were unaware of the sleeping arrangements that might be needed for a party of 5 adults.and 0 children. I'm not sure why there would be a shortage of pillowcases. We are working on the problem with the Shower threshold in the basement bathroom. We have always only had 1 internet based TV in the cabin and that is how the report shows on the VRBO listing. The other TV that is in the Queen Bedroom upstairs plays DVD’s that can be found in the large cabinet in the basement TV cabinet. We would definitely like to hear feedback regarding the "not the cleanest place" regarding any specific problems that you saw upon your arrival. We take great pride in our property and always want suggestions that we can improve on. Thank you.
