The house is set on top of Nerežišća with a beautiful view on the west side of the Island of Brač.
If you are looking for peace and escape from everyday life, this place is ideal for you. Located on top of Nerežišća which counts only 800 people on 70 square kilometers, this house provides you with peaceful refuge and a gorgeous view. The spacious and modern interior of this two-story house will give you the luxury and intimacy to wish for. The capacity of the house is satisfying for 10 people because it includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms, and two kitchens with a dining room. The thing that put us ahead of others is our side content like a pool with heated water, jacuzzi, and open barbecue... enough to not even think about the beach and leaving this house :) But if you still consider going sightseeing, Nerežišća are rich in antiques and beautiful nature. Beaches are 7 km away, which is close but still far enough to provide you peace. Near the beaches, there are a lot of ala carte restaurants that offer takeaways, stores, and coffee shops.
At the end, we need to mention a private boat available on request for the exclusive boat trips for the guests (the price of the boat is included in the price of the stay! Skipper (150€/up to 5h) and gasoline per consumption is an extra cost)
