We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we want you to enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options:



Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.



📌 House Rules

🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $2500 fine will be imposed for violations, along with any costs related to odor removal or damage caused by smoking.

💧 Pool Care

To keep the pool clean and safe, please avoid throwing trash or foreign objects into the water. A $1500 fine will apply, plus any costs for cleaning or repair.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins. Failure to do so may result in a $1000 cleaning fee to cover the extra time and effort required.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events are not allowed. A $150 fine will be charged for any violations, and guests may be asked to vacate the property without refund.

🐾 No Pets Allowed

Pets are not permitted in the property. Bringing a pet will result in a $1500 fine and potential charges for additional cleaning or damage repair.

🧳Late Check-out Fee

Check-out time is at 10:00AM. Any check-out performed after this time without prior authorization will incur a $150 late check-out fee, in addition to any costs related to delays in cleaning or preparing the property for the next guest.



Getting Around



For your safety and security, the community has a gate guard at the entrance. All guests must provide the full names of drivers once the reservation is confirmed to be registered for entry.

Overflow parking is not permitted. Please ensure all vehicles fit within the designated parking areas.

The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.
