*. Step Disclosure: There is no step at the entrance of the building. There is an elevator leading to our unit on the 2nd floor and there is a fright of stair in the unit to the upper-level loft.
*. AC Disclosure: There is one portable AC in the unit.
*. Parking Disclosure: 1 designated garage parking (No.30). Please park only there—HOA may issue a $250 fine for using other spots. Free street parking only from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The building garage entrance is in the back of the building.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We stayed three nights starting June 29th. The host was very responsive and kind. The check in and check- out process were a little tricky as there are multiple layers of security for the entrance, the garage , elevator and the apartment. Full transparency, the place was pretty clean but the AC unit connected to one of the widows was not well secured as the plexiglass was pulling away from the window frame allowing smells and sound in from the alley below. Be aware, garbage trucks seemed to come through the alley at least 4 times during the day and night and they are loud, sleep was definitely disturbed. The drains in the apartment were very stinky and remained that way even with use. That said the location and proximity to Pike Place and the waterfront was very good if that is what you’re looking to do. We were happy to have secure parking included in the rental.
