This 4-bedroom townhome is ideal for family vacations, team retreats, and group getaways. In addition to the spacious interior, guests have access to a nearby outdoor pickleball court within walking distance. We provide paddles and a portable net so your group can enjoy a game together.



Our fully furnished 4-bedroom townhouse has a spacious open layout with a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering.



There’s a master bedroom with two queen beds, two more bedrooms each with a queen, plus a loft area with another queen bed — plenty of space for everyone.



You’ll find 2 full baths, 2 half baths, in-unit laundry, and a private deck for relaxing. For entertainment, enjoy a game of table tennis, giant Jenga, or Uno.



With garage parking, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything set up for comfort, you’ll settle in easily.

Guest Access:

There are a few units associated with this listing. While all offer the same amenities and comfort, floor plans and interior styling may vary slightly.

Guests will have full private access to the unit during their stay. You’ll be able to access the property through a secure self check-in process with detailed instructions provided before arrival.

Access to the pickleball court is available to guests, ideal for some friendly competition or outdoor enjoyment. Equipment is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. This home blends contemporary living with excellent amenities, making it an ideal spot for families, friends, or longer stays.

🚗 While it’s mostly car-dependent, the area is close to scenic parks, forest preserves 🌳, and Metra stations 🚆 for an easy trip to downtown Chicago. A perfect blend of suburban comfort and urban access—ideal for families and working professionals alike!

This area offers quick access to I‑88, making it convenient for commuting by car. Metra stations in nearby Wheaton and Winfield provide train service to downtown Chicago in about 30–45 minutes. While the area is car-dependent, it’s bike-friendly and has access to nearby parks and trails for more active travel.



Other Things to Note:

- A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, including children.



- No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking must take place at least 30 feet away from the building.



- Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.



- Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Please keep patios, driveways, and shared spaces clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine.



- Grilling or BBQ is not permitted.



- Large trucks or oversized vehicles should use off-site or alternative parking.



- Guests can enjoy a game at the public outdoor pickleball court located nearby. We’re happy to provide paddles, balls, and a portable net upon request. Equipment is limited and available on a first-come basis. Please keep in mind the court is shared with the public and subject to weather conditions.



- Please help us keep the little adventurers safe by locking doors and watching them near the water and deck.



- We might ask for a bit more info and a valid ID when you book.



-Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. We accept both dogs and cats for $100 per pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
