A wonderful 3 bd/2 bath East Corner unit with a wrap-around balcony located directly in front of the Gulf. You will see a beautiful sunrise as well as the sunset right from your balcony. You will have a spectacular view of the beach, the Perdido Bay Bridge and the Bay.

Phoenix VIII offers you a low density building. Parking is near the lobby entrance and there is no long waits for an elevator as you will find in larger buildings. The building offers the following amenities:

Way More Room Than We Expected. Pleasantly Surprised!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the view from the balcony. Lovely sunset and sunrise views. Easy walk to the beach. Would love to come back and stay longer.

We loved the condo! Everything we needed was there and loved the spaciousness of the condo!

This was a great place to stay! We had a short trip for fall break and were very pleased with this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was there! Hurricane Michael made our trip interesting and exciting! We were scheduled to leave the day it arrived but wish we could have stayed longer to watch the waves. We enjoyed watching the angry surf in the days leading up to it. The balcony provides a beautiful view!

Amy: Thank you for reviewing your stay here with us. The balcony is a great place to sit back and watch the "comings and goings" on the beach and the Gulf. It amazes me the beauty when it is warm and sunny but also when it a cloudy and breezy. Please come back and see us again.

Family birthday celebration

The condo was larger than expected! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pans and bakeware needed to cook our meals with. The washer and dryer were full sized and handy to have on hand. The two negatives were that the satellite would work then not work. Work then not! We would have to restart the receiver several times each night. Small aggregation. It seems that the signal is somehow blocked. The last negative and the biggest for me was that the condo needed to be cleaned. Thank goodness I had taken some Clorox wipes with me. I spent the better part of the first morning cleaning two inches of dust off the counters in the kitchen, food splatters on the cabinets etc. the bathrooms were tackled as well. I can take a thin layer of dust but not two inches. It makes everything feel and look nasty. If I paid a $170 cleaning fee then I know the last person to rent the condo did as well. One would think that a condo that has been rented would receive a cleaning prior to the paying guests arrival. The towels provided were washed and the sheets on the bed were clean. All in all we enjoyed the condo. I don't know if the owner or property manager realizes the cleaning company is not cleaning thoroughly or if clean sheets and towels is all that the fee covers. If so that's a High price to pay for laundry service.

Immaculate condo

What a view! We enjoyed several days in this immaculate condo in Phoenix viii. Since we do a lot of cooking, I was particularly pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we regularly use at home. The owners obviously take great care of this place. We will be back!

Paradise!!

I would like to thank the new owners for a wonderful and relaxing place to sit and let all the stress of life go away. The new owners have done tons of updating and continuously doing more The balcony was fabulous! It's very spacious, clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Y'all have done a awesome job and we look forward to future stays. I highly recommend this condo!!!

Highly recommend!! Unit was clean and well equipped. Brand new mattresses/comforters on both king size beds as well as two queen size beds. Unit also includes sleeper sofa. Sleeps 10 comfortably...Enjoyed our stay!!
