Modern apartment for 4 people (50m2) is situated in a Rogoznica bay and it has a beautifull and spacious terrace (35 m2), free parking, free WIFI, air conditioner, playground for children, barbecue and outdoor shower. We also have a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with comfortable sofa for two people.
This apartment provides 50m² of living space for two adults and two children. The whole house is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The holiday house has a bathroom with a shower, WC and toiletries, as well as a big bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two bedside tables. The fully equiped kitchen comes with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. It also has a comfortable dining area for four people. The living room is spacious with three sofas, music line, satelite TV and the DVD player. You can use sofa bed (120x200 cm) in the living room for sleep. The bathroom comes with shower, WC, towels and toilet paper.
You can relax on the big terrace in the evenings. Behind the house in the garden there is a children’s playground with a swing, outdoor shower and a grill area. There are private parking space for your car.
The owners live in Split and occasionally use the house. When they are present then they live in a separate part of the house and also use the garden and the grill. When they are not there then the garden is for your own exclusive use.
It is a three-minute walk to the nearest grocery shop and 1.5km to the centre of Rogoznica, and 8km to Primosten. In Rogoznica there are several shops, a pharmacy, a fish and vegetable market, cafés and a marina. You can hire bicycles or go diving. In the marina there is a nightclub you can visit if you feel like dancing. The restaurants in Rogoznica are very good and have a good reputation. Don’t miss a visit to the salt lake a kilometre away, with the “dragon’s eye”. It is easy to get to Trogir, Split or Sibenik by car.
