Exclusive, gated, seaside community located at the best beach in Nasugbu.

Home is across pocket park that has basketball and tennis courts and is a stone's throw away from the guardhouse. Very secure! Only 98 Km (less than 2 hours easy driving) from Sucat Interchange at South Luzon Tollway.

Sleeps 12 comfortably in 8 real beds consisting of singles, doubles and queens. Fourteen would be the recommended limit of comfort. Mattresses will be provided for guests 15 and 16. A sofa bed and baby bed are also available. All bathrooms are equipped with bidets.

Community is gated and includes great views, wide roads, jogging paths along a nature trail. Our home is just 1.2 Km (3/4th mile) from the best beach in Nasugbu, formerly known as "Turtle Beach". The turtles still come to lay their eggs.

Home is only 6 km from Nasugbu town proper where provincial bus stations, the wet market, churches, Jollibee, 7/11, Mercury Drug, banks, hardware stores, and more, are all within a 10-min. walk or short tricycle ride from the Nasugbu Municipal Hall.

The new Kaybiang tunnel that connects Nasugbu with Ternate opened on July 1, 2013. Just like the Tagaytay route, the Ternate route is also very scenic. And it's an alternative to the occasionally congested Tagaytay. The Ternate route features a view of Corregidor Island (Fort Mills).

Guest access

The beach is free of charge. It is the best swimming beach in Nasugbu and is managed by Terrazas de Punta Fuego Homeowner's Association. Free beach side parking for all guests is available at the lower "Cacam" parking area.

There's a basketball court and a tennis court in the pocket park right across the street from our home. And right across the street are four more parking spots.

Most popular water sports available including sailing, jet ski, boating and snorkling. Visit Twin Islands, only 10 min. away by boat from Terrazas beach. Very calm clear waters during summer. Somewhat surfable during the rainy months. Wifi is available at the beach club.

Interaction with guests

A stay-in caretaker is included with the rental cost. The caretaker assists the guest in house chores and kitchen activities. We may add a second helper, depending on the size of your party and other needs. Any other issues can be taken up directly with the host via email or cell phone.

The neighborhood

Although it's a modern, urban setting, there is a rural atmosphere. Just outside the house, you will see birds of various types, the occasional cow, goat, monkeys in the nature trail, and even turtles and other marine life at the seaside.

Getting around

Tricycles are available at the main highway just outside the Terrazas entrance. These can take you to and from the town proper 6 Km away where provincial bus stations are located.

COVID19 RESTRICTIONS:

1. Current village rules allow short term rentals (less than 6 months) only if guest is accompanied by a Terrazas member throughout their entire stay.

2. Maximum of ten guests are allowed.
