The Anaheim House, built in 1998, is in a new, well established family neighborhood, conveniently located in the heart of Orange County. Your fantasy of a perfect luxury vacation home is fully realized in this spacious 2-Story Family home located in a gated community. Enter the Anaheim House through a wide L-Shaped covered porch, a foyer lined with hardwood floors and a beautiful powder room with pedestal sink. Continue through the foyer into the long adjoining, natural light, living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings. Our country kitchen is complete with hardwood floors, a built in pantry and a large sunny breakfast nook for enjoying your morning coffee. The family room, off the kitchen, is a perfect place to rest and relax after a long day of visiting one of the many Orange County attractions, with a handsome fireplace, stereo system, entertainment system (Direct TV, VCR, DVD, and Tivo) and media alcove.
A sliding glass door leads to the patio. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a full patio, teak lawn furniture, and a barbeque. For your outdoor dining pleasure, there is a large teak table with umbrella and 4 teak arm chairs. Also, there is a glider, lounge chair, two arm chairs, an additional umbrella, a round coffee table, and a serving cart, all the comforts of home, for your guests as well as your entire family.
On the second floor, there are two ample sized bedrooms, a loft, a bathroom, and a large master suite with wardrobe closets and a stunning master bath. Rounding out the many conveniences available with the Anaheim House are the laundry room and central air conditioning.

The Anaheim House is truly your home away from home!

Disneyland trip

This was our first vacation home rental and from the beginning to the end we had such a great experience! Jackie and Joan were very nice and accommodating! My family loved their beautiful home with plenty of room. The gated community made us feel safe and comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable home-away-from-home

Nicely equipped, beautifully kept home. We spent a week here, a couple of days with 4 teens, and everyone had lots of room. Kitchen had everything you could want. A very economical way to give everyone their own space. Two drawbacks: it's only a 10 minute drive to Disney, but parking and shuttles add another 20 minutes at least, and no one can walk back to their room for a rest midday; Sleeping was just okay in the Master bedroom, due to plastic mattress cover which made me sweat in the night, and the street noise woke us up a few times. Overall, well worth the money, and we would go back... Always the best indication!

Disney graduation Trip

We were not happy nor unhappy. House is kind of outdated. Very old and small TV (the only one in the entire house)! The house did not have toilet paper so bring your own. They do not give you access to the garage or other rooms that are locked. Would have been nice to park the rental car in the garage since you are paying for the whole house. If you are traveling and need more than 3 rooms I would book this house or another house. If you only need a room or two, I would stay in a hotel. The hotel has more amenities like pool, toilet paper, TV (tv from this century) ect.. Overall the house dod not make or break our vacation.

Great Value in Anaheim

Overall we were happy with our rental house. We stayed on a business trip and the proximity to the Anaheim convention center was very beneficial. Here are a list of pros and cons PROs 1. Gated community, most of the surrounding area seems very safe but one direction is a little sketchy so the gate is a nice touch 2. Great backyard, really enjoyed sitting on the porch and the back was well maintained. 3. Very clean and spacious house 4. Price, I thought we got a great value for what we paid Cons 1. There are really only 3 bedrooms, one room is an open loft area and is not private 2. Small TV, an updated, modern (Flat screen), larger TV is needed at least in the downstairs family room. We tried to watch a few sporting events and it was just not enjoyable. 3. Internet was very slow (very difficult to stream video or do face time)

Both the property and the customer service provided exceeded my expectations.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I would recommend to anybody this property based on the hospitality of the owners, the quality of the property, and the convenience of the location. First, the owners were extremely accomodating. I initially booked the wrong week. I noticed the mistake months after originally booking the week. The owners changed the vacation time without a charge. Then just days before the vacation, the owners allowed us to move the week forward an additional day without a charge. Then at the end of the vacation they allowed us a late checkout. I was very impressed with the hospitality and f flexibility of the owners. Second, the home was comfortable and charming. The house was very clean. Everything necessary for children was available including two cribs. The home is adorned with disney characters. My family even stayed home a couple of the days to relax because we felt comfortable and at home in this vacation property. Third, the location is fantastic. You are just a couple miles from disney. Shopping is available just a short distance from the property. There are several walmarts close to the home. I know this because we took a wrong turn when trying to get to one walmart only to find out there was another walmart about the same distance away in the opposite direction from the house. The home is also in a gated community. The location is super convenient. If you stay at this home I'm sure you'll have a great time like my family did.

Anaheim Home

The home was beautiful. The decor was fun and Disney themed. The kitchen was stocked with great items. We rarely ate out fast food. The backyard had a grill and beautiful seating. My kids and me played in the backyard every day of our 8 days. The home had plenty of space for all 7 of us. We had a big teenager, 2 kids, and four adults. The internet, tv, movies, stero worked great too. The neighborhood was so cute. My son and I took a walk and I even got my nails done for a cheap price, but great quality. Be sure to check out Tanaka Farms to get some fresh produce and stawberry tour. We felt comfortable, relaxed with everything we needed.

Nice to have a home away from the hustle and bustle

This home is clean and has all the features of home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It was great to have a washer and dryer to do laundry. We had four people in our party - three adults and one child. It was nice to have three bedrooms and the space to roam after a day of Disneyland. We could see the Disney fireworks from the front bedroom window, very cool. The yard is well maintained. The community is gated and was very quiet. I felt comfortable going for a morning jog around the area. The home could use a little TLC in terms of fresh coat of paint on the walls and updated decor. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm which is not our preference. The other beds were very comfortable. Overall these items did not impact our stay. Thank you for the memories!

We had an wonderful time at the Anaheim house! The home is spacious, clean and bright! We used the back yard as a sanctuary and place to relax between trips to local attractions. Everything we needed was at the house. The location was perfect for us and the neaghborhood was clean and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

So much room...

This home is huge. We had our 2 grandkids with us and had so much space. We would come home from Disneyland around lunch time to relax and reboot for our return trip. We would return to Disneyland rested and recharged, able to close the park @ midnight. Having the large dinning room table to drop all of our new purchases on and still have the kitchen table to eat at was great!! Being in a gated community really made us feel safe. We loved the kitchen, so much counter space and drawers filled with utensils galore (more than you need). In the 5 days we stayed, we only ate out twice. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Jackie--you saved us when we were lost!!!

Family trip to Disney

Our family comes to Disneyland every year around Thanksgiving and it was an extra special experience having this property and such nice owners to enhance our experience this year. I would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the Anaheim area!!!

10 day stay in June 2014

Although it was not located close enough to Disneyland to comfortably walk, it was a very easy drive. My family (5 adults and two children) were very comfortable and relaxed in this home in a gated community with most amenities you would expect from an upscale rental home. The owner, Joan, was very gracious and easy to talk with. We had one problem in the middle of our stay, but within an hour of making the problem known, a maintenance man was at our door. There were follow up calls making certain every thing was resolved (which they were). We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying there again when we travel with extended family.

Family vacation to Disneyland

We rented the house for a family vacation to Disneyland. Renting this house was so much better for us than renting hotel rooms. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great, they were very accommodating. I will rent this house again for our next family vacation.

The Perfect Refuge

Our company exhibits at the Natural Products Expo West at The Anaheim Convention Center every year and, because we needed the use of an oven this year, a hotel was not going to work. I found this house which was ten minutes away and the three male members of our team stayed thee for five days. Rather than the crowds and frantic search for a restaurant each night, the boys had a spacious and relaxing place to go after the show. The house is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, in a very safe area and had every amenity one could want. We will make this a regular stay during that show.

Well Maintained, Spacious and Comfortable, Great owners

My family and I had a great time staying at the Anaheim House. The owners are very nice and are genuinely interested in ensuring you have a great time while staying at their rental property. I would definitely recommend the place for families visiting Southern California.
