Welcome to The Cottages at Blue! Managed professionally by Property Valet, Cottage 3 is newly built featuring enhanced soundproofing throughout the triplex. Spanning three levels, this chalet offers 7 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Each cottage comes with a private hot tub, soaring ceilings, and a blend of rustic finishes and modern comforts. The Cottages at Blue are conveniently located just a 2-3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the Blue Mountain Village.
Step into Cottage 3 and you`ll find a spacious living area featuring plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Contemporary details add a touch of home, all while maintaining the warm, inviting atmosphere of a classic chalet.
Kitchen and dining The attached kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, double fridges and a drip coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters! The deck is complete with a gas grill, seating, and your own private hot tub, perfect for evenings spent together.
Bedrooms and bathrooms There are 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in this chalet. The main floor has one half bathroom, the primary bedroom with a king size bed, and a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find one full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen size bed.
Downstairs, you’ll find a second full bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed, and bedrooms 6 and 7 each have a queen size bed. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use (detergent not supplied).
The basement area also includes a second living room with rock and roll vibes, a smart TV, and a kitchenette for additional food and drink storage.
There’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby within the Blue Mountain Village and Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away!
Traveling with a large group ?
This seven bedroom chalet is one of three chalet units within “The Cottages at Blue” triplex. For bigger gatherings, you have the option to book two or even all three chalets, perfect for reunions, retreats, or special celebrations.
The two unit combinations of units 1 & 2, 1 & 3 and 2 & 3 each provide 14 bedroom chalet options, accommodating up to 36 guests. Each unit is listed individually (like this one), or you can reserve the entire triplex as a 21-bedroom option for groups of up to 54 guests.

-A parking lot is available in front of the home, allowing 6 vehicles per cottage.
-The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am-11pm (By-law enforced)
STA License No: LCSTR20230000038 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

We had 6 adults and 6 children, the space for great. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of room at the dining table. Very comfortable beds. Location is a short drive to the ski hill.

Everything was very good. This our second year here and we would come back again. However two of the kitchen drawers are broken and fall to the floor when opened (and can hit your feet).
