Looking for a cozy getaway?🌲 Welcome to Mountain Greens Cabin! Enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique and tranquil cabin right in the beautiful forest of Southern Oregon. You will feel right at home in this cozy cabin with scenic mountain views. Only 10 miles from Grants Pass and 4 miles from Merlin, where you can visit the famous Hellgate Canyon on the wild and scenic portion of the Rogue River! Enjoy your own private nature walks with access where you can view wildlife right from the cabin!
This is a cozy and very roomy cabin with all the comforts you need! Sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a futon/1 bath/shower. Relax and enjoy the views from the deck, or in the fenced backyard with firepit and BBQ. Take your own private nature walks, with access for viewing wildlife right from the cabin. Great for taking your pets on a walk!
Guests have full/private use and access to the cabin and surrounding yard. Guests may also a take nature walks and enjoy the 5 acre property.
Parking is close and convenient right out front of the cabin.
This home is located near the freeway so you will hear some outdoor area road noise.

The cabin was cozy and clean. Host did a great job of displaying hospitality and instructions were complete and uncomplicated. Only issue was the freeway traffic noise.Host did supply ear plugs.Good coffee too!

Hi Larry, thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Regarding your comment about the noise-we clearly state that there is road noise in our description. Also, if you view our location on the map ahead of time you will see that we are located very close to the freeway. Given we have 5 Stars with 50 reviews on bnb we haven’t had this type of complaint before. So sorry this information about the road noise that was disclosed to you ahead of time impacted your stay negatively.

Cabin was spotless, with many thoughtful touches such as dog treats, multiple beverage options, and farm-fresh eggs. Communication was excellent. Only downsides were some highway noise (through woods) and arriving after dark security gate was a bit difficult. Overall, highly recommend!

Beautiful little cabin

Mountains Green Cabin was a beautiful little cabin to stay for a few days. We enjoyed seeing the wild life, turkeys and deers. The hosts were very kind and if we had needed anything they were there near by. Our family enjoyed spending time together playing games on the lovely deck. We would recommend this little cabin to yet away from the city.

Great little place for a getaway. So many thoughtful little touches. You are close to the freeway but couldnt hear anything when we were insise. But they also provide earplugs. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was cozy and clean, the bed was comfy, had a well stocked kitchen, and the outside deck and back area was a wonderful place to gather. We had a small issue with bees, but the owner quickly took care of them. I appreciated the little extras, such as fresh eggs, books, and popcorn. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The cabin was absolutely charming and private. It was very clean and filled with lovely details. It is clear that the hosts have a fine eye for what guests need when traveling. We felt very welcomed. We loved the farm fresh eggs! Thank you Hannah!We spent an overnight on our way to Seattle with our dog. The deck is gated as well as the back area with the fire pit and the grill. Very safe for our doggie.Highly recommend arriving when it is still light out. We arrived after sundown and it was a little challenging... no fault of the host...our timing.The host provided earplugs, which we did not end up using. I-5 is very close to the cabin, which was convenient for us... there is road noise, but at points it sounded like the waves from the ocean. For those who need complete silence to sleep this may not be suitable for you.Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed instructions.
