General House Rules Violations: Any other violation of house rules may result in fines of up to $150 per incident, with repeated violations leading to further penalties, including lease termination.
Early Check-In: Early check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. If approved, a $75 additional fee will apply.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. If approved, a $100 additional fee will apply.
