Matching furniture in the living area offers comfortable seating so you can relax and chat, and for fun, there is a flat-screen television and a DVD player. The white kitchen has a flat top range, and lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils for preparing meals. Three metal stools are at the dining counter, and four similar style chairs surround the dining table, and you will also find a table and six chairs on the Gulf front balcony and two chairs on north front balcony with beautiful Cotton Bayou views. Your master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, flat-screen television with a combination DVD/VCR player in an armoire, and a deluxe bathroom with a beautiful granite countertop. The attractive guest bedroom has a pair of full-size beds and a flat-screen television mounted on the wall, and in the hall bathroom is an oversized step-in shower with glass panel.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
