Newly furnished 3 BR 2BA Lakefront Condo with amazing, unobstructed views of CEDAR Point and Lake Erie. Located in historic downtown Sandusky and a short walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, ferries and the marina. Fitness room, pool and grill access for guests. Steps from ferrys that travel to Put-in-Bay, Kelleys Island and Cedar Point. Local parks are within walking distance, pool, grill and hot tub on property. Private gated parking lot.

Equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 story loft ceilings, wifi, TVs, and office space. Perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.

This two level loft/condo has a main level with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. One bedroom has a California King bed and the other has a queen bed. The upper level loft has a king bed, a separate seating area with office space that overlooks the lake, a futon that can be used for sleeping space and a TV. This space which overlooks the lake is perfect for business travel or for use as an additional lounge/sleeping areas. The upper level back bedroom also two sets of twin over full bunk beds. All three bedrooms have a privacy doors and the loft is an open space. There are four smart TVs in the unit. We supply bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo for 12 guests and well as a fully equipped kitchen with small appliances for our guests.

Additional rules
- Check in at 3pm or later. Checkout by 11AM
- Minimum 25 years of age to rent. Maximum 12 guests per group.
-No smoking permitted (this includes the balcony).
-No pets.

Guests will have full access to the unit, the on-premises pool, hot tub, fitness center, and gated parking lot. Self check-in is available for our guest. Our management team is local and is available to answer questions via phone or text. Guests have access to the entire unit, fitness facilities, swimming pool and outdoor grill on the property. This property is perfect for guests traveling with boats as adjacent to Sandusky the marina which has trailer parking and/or boat slips available for rent. Please contact the Marina directly for more info.

Wonderful Sandusky Stay!

Property was perfect for our group! Great location...close to Cedar Point and the boats to the Erie islands. Walking distance to plenty of dining and shopping.Beds were comfortable and the views of the lake were great.Host provided detailed check-in and check-out instructions and was available to answer all of my questions.Would return without hesitation.

As many other guests said the view was amazing! We enjoyed staying the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds upstairs and the winding stairs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Great place!

We had a great time! Access to everything we wanted to do was perfect. Big thank you to Victoria for allowing us early entry, while she cleaned from earlier checkout. This allowed us to make our reservations to the island for the Bash on the Bay!

Great location

The property was easy to find and access. There was so much room and the view was absolutely beautiful. Short drive to cedar point. I left something there and the host was so gracious and quickly found it and mailed it back to me! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic location!

Wonderful place to stay in Sandusky! Conveniently located next to Jackson Pier and lots of bars and restaurants. The accommodations were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Definitely has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the view and the large doors that open directly over the water. The only negative I could say would be that the space could have been cleaner. But overall I would stay there again and would definitely recommend!

Great location, nice pool, great security gaurd, got keys no problem. Kitchen okay, ice machine works very slow & ran out first night. Bathrooms okay, shower door fell out on one of the girls. Towels & bedding should be upgraded. Was just okay.

Little gem in the heart of Sandusky

Beautiful spacious condo in the heart of Sandusky! Walking distance to bars and restaurants, parks and more. Close driving distance to Cedar Point and Port Clinton. Pool was clean and never crowded. Kid friendly unit. Loved that the complex was gated. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Cedar Point Getaway

Lovely lake view condo. Much more spa joys than photos look. This condo is clean, organized and a beautiful view. Cedar point is close by and the pool is heated nicely, fantastic hot tub too. CP Halloween

It is a beautiful place and great location, especially if going to Cedar Point. So much room in it. When booking I seen it had a hot tub, but it was closed for the season. I donā€™t know if I missed where it said it closes, or if not mentioned. It worked out ok since we were really there for CP. already planning on booking again next year.

My parents stayed here for my wedding weekend and they loved it. It was huge inside and very clean. Oh we did tell property manager that there was only 1 parking pass left and we had 2 cars but she said we are good to go! Beautiful view and location!

Our stay at Sandusky

This property was a short walk from the Jet Express dock. This allowed our family easy access for an excursion to Put In Bay. There were also several restaurants and shops within walking distance that we were able to enjoy. We had a terrific view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point from the condo. We were able to drive to Cedar Point in under 15 minutes. This was a great place to stay for a quick summer get away. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Cedar Point from the condo. Sisters Weekend

The area was wonderful! The view from the condo stunning. Slightly disappointed with the property. The condo wasnā€™t as clean and well stocked as anticipated. Not enough towels for 4, let alone 12. Some of that upstairs lamps were broken. Carpets had some staining. Overall we had a nice time and the location is excellentā€¦

Can't beat the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla's place. We were pleasantly surprised by the view walking into the apartment. It literally feels like you are floating right above the water. The timing of our stay (winter) was probably to blame because the town seemed very quiet. Carla's place was very clean and well-equipped. She was very quick to respond and kindly accommodated our requests. The number of beds were more than enough for our group of 8 people. Although there were plenty of utensils, we did not find any essential cooking products (sugar, coffee, etc.). In our previous experiences, those things were always present. Its not a big deal though. Grocery stores were a quick drive away. Our only small concern was that the dishwasher was not functioning properly. Not sure if we were using the wrong setting, but the plates didn't always come out clean (and there was no sponge to clean them manually). But other than that, this was the perfect place for our Sandusky getaway. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful views and convenient Location

I cannot thank our hosts enough, because my family had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. We had plenty of room to spread out and our kids (3 & 5) loved the bunk beds. They did well on the spiral staircase, too. We would happily rent this unit again.

Lake Erie Review

The deck railing needs to be wiped down. Cobwebs were around the railing heavy. Other the. That the property was clean. When I inquired about boat parking I was not told that I had to park it in the lot next door outside the gates. Please also add information about the boat slip overnight rentals. They charge $2 a foot. This was a nice service. We had a good time. Thanks.

Weekend stay

My family was visiting Sandusky for a family reunion. In this condo we had 6 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. Pros: - Great location!! We love staying at Chesapeake Lofts. This unit did not disappoint with the view of the bay. Walking in took our breath away. Close to everything downtown. Short walking distance to many things. - Kitchen was stocked well enough for what we needed. They also had hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags stocked. There was a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Cons: - Beds were not the most comfortable. Some were super soft, others super noisy. We were only there for a few days so it wasn't the biggest deal. - The rental was clean and plenty of towels were provided but there was an enormous amount of bugs and spider webs around the glass windows/ patio doors. There was a phantom screen that was not working so we weren't able to enjoy that beautiful waterfront view and breeze. - Many light bulbs were burnt out upon our arrival. This left for very dark showers in both bathrooms. I reached out to the property manager and she responded immediately. She was able to come the next day and replace a lot of them. Unfortunately, the kitchen bulbs and the high ceiling bulbs couldn't be replaced without some assistance so the common area and kitchen surfaces were pretty dim.

Ww love our family.

Overall we had a great experience. The loft needed to be updated, new paint, showers and laundry. With the coin shortage, it was an inconvenience to find coins for machines. By the doors going out to balcony, there were a lot of cob webs and dead bugs. There should be two tokens to make access to the different facilities easier.
