Residence 771 is a private residence located within the Four Seasons Resort in Teton Village; however, it is independently managed and not affiliated with the Four Seasons Resort. As part of your stay, a mandatory resort fee of $350 per day will be collected by Outpost at the time of booking. This fee is required for all reservations at this property and grants access to the pool, hot tub, spa facilities, and fitness center.

Please note that upon check-in at the Four Seasons front desk, you will be required to provide a credit card for any incidental charges incurred directly through the resort. These may include valet parking, dining, room service, spa services (where available), or other optional resort purchases. Housekeeping for Residence 771 is provided exclusively by Outpost and is not coordinated through the Four Seasons. Additional housekeeping services, concierge, and maintenance services, if requested, should be arranged through Outpost. Resort charges are not included in the daily resort fee unless otherwise specified.
