Nice 1 bedroom apartment set up with 2 queen beds with one in the living room. The kitchen and bar area still provide ample space and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Professionally managed upstairs condo unit in a charming 4 plex in Golden Hill. This condo has a great patio and location just minutes from points of interest such as SD Convention Center, Downtown, Gas Lamp, Balboa Park and more.
As a professional host, I always try to keep interaction minimal but am always available if any issues arise at the property or if you had any questions. I can easily be reached through e-mail/text/calling.
Suburban feel with proximity to downtown
Walking distance to:
15 minutes to downtown (straight down C St)
5 minutes from Influx Cafe, Farmers Liquor & Market
7 minutes to Turf Supper Club, Luigi’s Pizzeria, Krakatoa Cafe, Panchitas Bakery (Mexican sweets), Golden Hill Cafe
Driving distance to:
2 minutes from downtown
5 minutes from San Diego Zoo
5 minutes from Balboa Park (San Diego Natural History Museum, Museum of Art, Railroad Museum etc)
6 minutes to Petco Park (Home of the San Diego Padres)
7 minutes to the San Diego Convention Center

Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the patio area on premises. Outside is a nice common patio area with a gas BBQ and alfresco dining arrangements. There’s also a coin operated washer/dryer on the premises. Free parking on the street for those with vehicles.
Nice and well appointed apartment with everything one could ask for. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Queen bed in the room and air mattresses available upon request). The main bedroom also has access to a private balcony with downtown views, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking in. Including a dishwasher for ease of clean up.
Besides the great patio off the bedroom with downtown views there is also a nice outdoor area in back with a BBQ and nice shade for relaxing.
If you have a larger group, we manage the 4 plex and will always be willing to accommodate.
Shops, restaurants and corner stores are a short walking distance although a cab/Uber/Lyft is best way of transportation as to save time and enjoy the most of San Diego. There’s also public transportation which is a block away.
Check-in is usually at 4PM although we always try and accommodate guests if luggage needs to be dropped off while the apartment is being prepped.
We are a pet friendly property. WE REQUIRE A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR PETS.
