The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the trees as you step onto the porch, and the cool Tennessee air greets you with a fresh, pine‑scented breeze. Inside, the house awakens with the quiet hum of a home ready for you to spread out, settle in, and enjoy a slower mountain pace. Evenings gather around the fire pit’s warm glow, while indoor spaces invite you to play, relax, and make memories together.



Sleeping arrangements

This expansive home offers six bedrooms for large groups. Five bedrooms each have a king bed, some with ensuite bathrooms or shared baths and private exterior entrances on the main and lower levels. The sixth bedroom features two queen‑over‑queen bunk beds and one twin‑over‑twin bunk bed, plus an ensuite bathroom and its own exterior entrance, giving families and friends flexible privacy.



Indoor living

Cool‑weather days are perfect for the private movie theater, arcade games, laser tag, a custom built Podium 1 Driving Simulator, air hockey, and a PlayStation 5. Comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, TV, and ethernet keep everyone entertained and connected. A washer and dryer, fresh linens, room‑darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other essentials. A dining table seats twelve, with additional seating for four at the island. Outdoor dining is set at three tables that seat six each, letting you enjoy meals under the trees.



Outdoor living

The private backyard and patio invite you to breathe in the fresh air. A fire pit provides a cozy gathering spot, while a hot tub, private pickleball court, playground, outdoor yard games and a BBQ grill offer year‑round fun. Free on‑site parking and ample street space accommodate multiple vehicles, RVs and trailers.



Bathroom essentials

Each of the five baths supplies standard bathroom essentials and hot water. Safety items include a first‑aid kit, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm.

You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
