The Space:
Welcome to our family-friendly 7th-floor apartment in the Torre Ambar complex in Puerto Vallarta! Step in and soak up the sunny vibes in this bright and airy apartment thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Everything flows together—the kitchen, dining area, and comfy sitting area with a TV - all with a great view!

We've got the basics to whip up simple meals in the kitchen. Don't forget to kickstart your day with our coffee maker (some coffee is provided) and whip up some tasty drinks with the blender in the afternoon. Gather at the beautiful wood dining table for a sit-down meal, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar!

When it's time to recharge after a fun-packed day, there are 2 lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and a TV for bedtime viewing. Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private balcony. There, you'll find a table and chairs perfect for chilling out and soaking up the fresh breeze with awesome views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, also with a TV. To keep you cool and cozy, we've got A/C and “blackout” shades. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 inside the master suite.

For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer, with some laundry detergent provided. The place is also family-friendly. If you need a travel crib or highchair, just let us know in advance.

When you don’t feel like venturing out, you don’t need to! Head up to the rooftop, where you’ll find a refreshing swimming pool, a relaxing whirlpool, and shaded lounge chairs and dining tables, all with gorgeous views.

The Neighborhood:
The location is fantastic—not only is it steps from the beach, but you have access to many great places just a short walk away! You’ll be within a 5-minute drive to La Isla Shopping Center, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and Puerto Magico (a 5-minute walk), which is a cruise ship port that offers entertainment, shopping, restaurants and more!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is 3.6 km | 2.2 miles away from the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a fee.
-If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita and can safely store their luggage.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a photo of these IDs. This helps us register you at the security booth and allow you access upon arrival.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 USD fine per day of the stay.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Please respect the neighbors. If you receive a warning, you will be fined $70 USD.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. These items must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code will be provided to you before arrival. We are just a message away or phone call away, but like to give privacy to our guests.
