This apartment is on the first floor in a multi-unit building. We have stocked it well, so that you have everything you need away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, etc. There are dishes and silverware for 6. We have included coffee and tea and a few extras for your convenience.

The beds are very comfortable memory foam, offering support and give where needed, and are topped with lots of pillows and blankets.

There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in each bedroom and in the common area. The king bedroom has black-out curtains, and the queen bedroom has room darkening curtains. The dining room has vertical blinds that also block a lot of light, along with room darkening curtains in the living room for privacy and tv viewing comfort.

In the bathroom, we have provided you with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other emergency amenities, in case you forget anything.

We have a 65" Samsung SmartTV, which includes SamsungTV (like cable TV), and some streaming apps. Feel free to sign in to apps with your own accounts or use ours. If you are staying long-term or for business, we can also provide you with a printer upon request.

There is one desk in the unit, in the queen bedroom. The dining table also provides a pleasant workspace.

There is a washer and dryer on the lower level of the building. Laundry costs $2.25 per load for washing and drying (quarters). Iron and ironing board also available in the unit.
