Pontos negativos: Limpeza
A/C was cold and covered parking convenient. We checked in at 11:00pm after an international flight to find major issues with uncleanliness & compromised privacy. I messaged the host with photo evidence within 24 hrs. The King mattress and pillows were stained with bodily fluids and lacked protective covers, just had cases and sheets with hair. The bedding had hair on it, forcing us to rewash everything late at night and sleep on top of the comforter with no pillows. The cot mattress in the closet was heavily soiled too.Zero toilet paper provided, so thankfully we had our own travel wipes until we could get to store. Freezer filthy inside &out with debris and a gray substance. Ice was all over the bottom due to being left on with no tray.Plates wet and Kitchen cabinet had standing water from dishes being put up wetGnats persistent all 7 days despite cleaning kitchen immediately after every use. 2 vertical blind panels were missing at sliding door, exposing the living space to walkers-by for 3 nights. The host always replied when contacted and sent a maid the day after our complaint and maintenance the day after that, but some of the remedies were incomplete - the maid brought 2 square little pillows half the size of a standard pillow after we had already bought our own. Pest control never came. Note: our specific unit required walking DOWN a flight of stairs to access.
