DINING ROOM & KITCHEN: As you walk into the home, you're welcomed into a bright dining room that seats 8 people and includes a 55 inch TV. The dining room flows right into the kitchen with beautiful countertops, multiple appliances, and a fully stocked coffee station with espresso machine, keurig, coffee grinder, and flavored syrups.

LIVING ROOM: Our living room, with its soaring windows, brings the magic of the Shenandoah forest indoors. This large room with vaulted ceilings includes seating for 8 and a 65 inch TV. There are plenty of board games and books to entertain the whole family.

HALF BATHROOM: The first floor also includes a half bathroom in the hallway.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: Located on the first floor, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, 65 inch TV,
workspace, and full bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features a jumbo bedroom and a den. The jumbo bedroom has two queen beds, 50 inch TV, and workspace. The den includes a queen bed and 55 inch TV. Additionally a full bathroom rounds out the second floor.

BATHROOMS: The house features 2.5 bathrooms to ensure comfort and convenience.

Guest access
You'll have access to the whole cabin and the driveway easily holds 4 cars. This is a peaceful neighborhood retreat. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside. No parties/events.
Other things to note
Our cabin is nestled in Page Valley Estates near the Shenandoah River, accessed by a 0.5-mile gravel road. We recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles, especially during winter months. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are about 20 minutes away, so we suggest planning accordingly.

EV Charger. Universal Wall Connector is installed and can charge Tesla vehicles and non-Tesla EVs. Universal Wall Connector adds up to 44 miles of range per hour (or 11.5 kW). Integrated J1772 adapter to conveniently charge any electric vehicle.

The cabin uses clean community well water and is equipped with a Brita filter for your convenience. There are some parts of the area where cell phone service can be limited, but we provide high-speed WiFi at the house.

Being surrounded by forest means you'll experience true mountain living! While this provides beautiful views, please be aware that:
- Wildlife is active in the area - you'll likely see deer and squirrels, and proper trash management is essential to avoid attracting bears
- Natural elements like cobwebs and leaves are part of the mountain environment
- Weather can be unpredictable, occasionally causing power or water outages
