While a car offers convenient access to explore the surrounding areas, many local shops, restaurants, and attractions are also easily accessible on foot or by bike. Public transportation options and travel times to major transit hubs or airports are not provided.

Please review the following notes for your stay at West Yarmouth, MA 02673, USA. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times so we can prepare for incoming guests. Complimentary parking is available on-site. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We welcome families with children and infants. Your safety is important; the house is equipped with a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins before leaving. Outdoor amenities include a sauna, hot tub, and fire pit. Hot Tub Instructions



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.



Maintenance

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.

• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
