Large 650 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the prettiest tree lined block in hell's kitchen (Midtown West). It's a private apartment, not a shared space. The apartment is beautifully decorated with great mid century pieces and an eclectic collection of art and sculpture. Truly a unique place to stay unlike so many other cookie cutter apartments. Only blocks away from times square and Broadway theaters, and one block away from Restaurant Row. All the trendiest and best restaurants and bars are just a couple minutes walk away. Central Park is a 20 minute walk away, or you can rent a bike as part of the bike share program just a block from the apt. Hudson River Park and the Intrepid are just two blocks away. Many subway lines are available within a few blocks of the apartment: A,C,E (2 blocks), 2,3,&9 (3 blocks), N,Q,R,W,B,D,F,V (3 blocks). The apartment is located in a pre-war circa 1900 NEW YORK CITY Walk-Up Building. There is NO ELEVATOR / NO LIFT! It's on the third floor, so an easy two flights up. There are only four apartments per floor, so it's a nice, intimate building. The apartment faces the rear of the building, overlooking a lovely yard, so it's very quiet, with no street noise. The living room has a comfy sofa, two lounge chairs, a flat screen tv with cable. WIFI is included. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The separate large bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, use of half of a closet, and a small dresser inside closet. There is also a hair dryer in closet. The bed will be made with a set of clean cotton sheets. The kitchen is a typical new york style galley kitchen with a full refrigerator, an oven and a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. Well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils and glassware. The bathroom has a full sized tub/shower and comes stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. There are air conditioners in each room.
