Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Beautiful beach front views with direct access

Our family enjoyed our stay. The beach front views were amazing and the beach was just a short walk away. The condo was spacious for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Staff was friendly and the check in process was super easy. Plenty of parking too. The area was busier and noisier than we expected, however it was the start of spring break weekend and we loved that we could walk to many local eating and shopping establishments. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for a walkable vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. Every employ we came into contact with was friendly and greeted us. Great staff! Great view of the beach. So convenient to entertainment and great food spots! We walked the entire vacation and didn’t even need our car. The pool area is a little small…so parents might want to leave pool floats at home…but our kids didn’t seem to mind! We already talked about how this is where we would want to stay next year too! Good price, location, and staff!

Great for a quick beach trip with kids!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few surprises as far as what we expected versus what we got, but it met our needs for a quick last minute trip with kids. Of note, there was live music nearby that we could hear at night. Not a dealbreaker for us but might be for others. Despite complaints about the elevator in other reviews, we found that we never had to wait very long.

Nasty resort..would not recommend or stay there afain

Dirty and old, pictures look like you are getting nice clean condo but not the case…I have pictures of it all if anyone wants them!

Great location, minimum luxury

We were stopping over on a trip through from California. The location was fantastic but be aware it’s very loud!! The room was clean and basic but there were NO blankets, no sheets for pull out sofa or bunk beds and there was trash on every floor overflowing from cans at elevator bank. It would be nice to be able to buy an extra hour in the morning, as an a option.

Awesome location

The room was as expected. The resort is a little older, but the property was well kept. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of shops and places to eat. Plus the view and access to the beach can not be beat.

Very clean and everything you need is there.

Great location. I didn't had to drive. All we did was walking. Stores and restaurants where near and one step I was out in the beach. Love it thank you.
