Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear the home was perfect for your needs and that you enjoyed the porch and cozy rooms. We appreciate the feedback on the water pressure, and we'll definitely look into that. We'd love to host you again whenever you're back in Greensboro!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by noise and that it affected your overall comfort. The property is located in an urban setting, and some level of external noise can occasionally be present. We do our best to reflect this in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. That said, we understand how important a quiet environment is, and we’re sorry it did not meet your expectations. We also appreciate your comments regarding sound transfer between units. As a multi-unit property, occasional noise travel can occur, and we continue to look at ways to improve guest comfort where possible. We do also actively ask all guests to keep noise levels to a respectful minimum, as this is part of our house rules designed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building. We’re grateful you highlighted other aspects of the home and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the decor and amenities, and that communication felt easy throughout your stay. We're really sorry the basement noise disrupted your rest — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve addressed this directly with the downstairs tenants to prevent it from happening again. We also understand how important clarity is when booking, and we'll update our listing to be more upfront about the layout. Appreciate your feedback, and we hope the rest of your trip went smoothly.
