The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to whip up everything from beach snacks to big family dinners.

Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home and its fantastic amenities. This includes the backyard with the pool and sports court, the game room in the garage, the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and the screened front porch. Ample parking is available in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

* Pool Heat: The pool is heated at no additional cost. (Please note: Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.)



* Rental Agreement: We require all guests to sign our Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival.

* Safety & Security: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A Ring camera is located at the front door for security purposes.

* Noise Monitoring: A noise detector is installed inside the home. It does not record audio but will notify us if the sound level becomes loud enough to disturb our neighbors. We appreciate your cooperation.

• For VRBO booking: We additionally charge a non-refundable processing fee of 3.5% on top of the total.
