This means you'll have enough peace and quiet to rest up in your suite once you get back to your room. It also means you will not have to wrestle as much traffic when you venture outside the city to see the many sights Las Vegas, Nevada has in store.
The space
This spacious studio suite measures approximately 440 - 700 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed and a sleeper sofa or two full beds. Bedding type cannot be guaranteed. Units with 2 full beds do not have sofa or sofa sleepers. Suite includes one bathroom with shower only and a kitchenette. Maximum occupancy is four. a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

• Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed maximum occupancy of room.

• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay). The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

• Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, however the state of Nevada mandates that starting on 8/31/2020, Wyndham provides daily housekeeping (a full clean service for a fee) for the duration of your stay. You have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping at check-in.

• The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows:

$70 per night for a 1 bedroom standard

$95 per night for a 1 bedroom deluxe

• Complimentary self-parking is available on site.

• Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Late check-outs may be available for a fee on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with the Resort's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.

There resort will be undergoing and exterior painting project from Sep. 3, 2024 through Nov. 27, 2024. During this time, there will be scaffolding and other equipment around the building. Signage, occasional noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary closures of some amenities maybe experienced. Dates are subject to change.

• You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
