Upon entering through the front door, you will be greeted with a bright and open floor plan. The living area is spacious and open with kitchen and dining also all overlooking the living area. The living area is furnished with comfy sofas, a soft and welcoming recliner, and smart cable TV with free Netflix access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances plus small appliances such as toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. The bedrooms are split plan with master bedroom on one side of the condo and the guest bedroom on the other. Each bedroom is ensuite for complete privacy for all guests and has its own smart TV + cable. On stepping through the huge sliding glass doors onto the south-facing screened lanai, there is an outdoor seating area for 4 persons to enjoy the Florida weather on your own private balcony.

Captain's Bay is perfectly located towards the southern end of the island. Every amenity is a short walk away including shopping, pharmacy, boating, restaurants, and bars. The community itself has been designed with the traditional grand Florida style in mind. Set among lushly landscaped gardens, guest facilities include 2 heated swimming pools. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon-style cart and 2 bicycles + helmets. These beach items are located in the secure storage cupboard for the unit set on the ground floor of the building.
