Our relaxing and private glamping cabin awaits you just down the road from the Southworth ferry terminal- only a half hour foot ferry from downtown Seattle!

Nestled in a hollow and surrounded by five acres of forest, this well appointed little luxury quonset cabin has a queen sized bed, fire-pit, grilling kitchen and dining area, and is only a short five minute walk from absolutely stunning Banner Park (a square mile of trails among the old growth trees- perfect for hikers and bikers alike).

Perfect for both first time outdoors adventures and those that crave a woodsy retreat without all the work of a hike-in and set up!

The cabin has running water, power provided by a Jackery 1000, a composting toilet, wireless internet, weber 3 grill with propane provided, cooler, and an attached extra 6 foot camping pad for friends or kids to set up a tent and join in the fun!

This was an adorable cabin that was very well taken care of, and we absolutely loved our trip! The host was kind and helpful, and always made sure we had what we needed. We especially appreciated being provided enough battery power to stay warm during February. Highly recommend! Already talking about making another trip during the summer.

Just as wonderful as the photos and description suggest. Very prompt and helpful communication. Our family stayed two nights, and didn't need to switch out the portable generator (though the host assured us they were happy to bring us a power backup, even in the middle of the night). Beautiful, spacious spot, quiet. A great spot to stay and explore the surrounding area, we plan on coming back.

What a gem!Wonderful spot, away from it all but close to everything. Enjoyed clamming, then frying them up on the outdoor BBQ. This place is perfect for 2 in the little house or add two more and perch them on the tent pad.

We had such a relaxing and good time! It was so great to be out in such a quiet beautiful spot. I grew up in the area and to be able to take my husband here was special. The experience showed some of the best the PNW has to offer in genuine talented people, and what you can create. Enjoy the peace and put your electronics away! We highly recommend taking a class they offer!!

Little piece of heaven

Our stay at this little oasis was so enjoyable! It was so whimsical, peaceful, and well thought out. Itā€™s cute in pictures but even cuter in person. Itā€™s deep enough in the trees to feel isolated but not to far from horseshoe lake or the fun little downtown area. The host was communicative and thoughtful and we really appreciated our time here, we will definitely be back

We had never been glamping before; this getaway must be the perfect example of it! Every need was anticipated and met. The "cabin" is easy to get to, but feels miles away from the world. The site is tidy and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, but beware: it takes up almost all the floor space of the cabin. Communication with our host was excellent. If you are seeking a glamourous camping experience, just minutes from a relaxing ferry ride from Seattle, this is your place.

Gorgeous!

Amazing property! The tiny cabin is perfect and feels very private - an excellent location for a quick getaway! The forest was stunning and it felt very magical. We were grateful to be able to have a fire and enjoy a late, quiet evening under the stars in the giant hammock. Clean, comfy, well taken care of, and truly an excellent place to stay. I will absolutely stay again given the opportunity! The host communicated well, but I was confused on 2 things. The check in time listed online and the check in time provided in the hosts email were different. I also got the impression the cooler would be full of ice based on the listing, but we received an email shortly before checkin that we would need to provide our own. Neither of these were an issue for us, just good to know ahead of time. You wonā€™t regret this one - unique and absolutely gorgeous!

The power went out about 6 hours after we got there. It was after 11pm so we just went to bed, but it was a hassle not to have lights. Without power, space wasnā€™t worth what we paid. I let the host know we were disappointed and she apologized and said that the battery should have worked. She also said she would have fixed it at the time, but it was late and we didn't feel comfortable contacting the host that late. Otherwise, the space was alright. It didn't seem very private during the day as neighbors were very audible. It was nice at night until the battery ran out and we only had flashlights for light because of the burn ban.

We fell in love with Port Orchard and this property immediately. We spent years looking for a home that we could make our own and we decided we found it on our very first visit. The forests, the wildlife, and the community all called out to us and let us know this was where we should be!
