The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
Across the property you’ll find three tiny homes, each with a bedroom, a loft, and a pull‑out sofa bed, plus an original cabin with two bedrooms and a full‑size laundry room. Five RV sites with full hookups provide additional options, and tent camping space is available for larger groups. Bed linens are supplied for the cabin beds. The property sleeps 16+ guests across 11 bedrooms, 14 beds, and 5.5 baths.
Outdoor living
Fifteen miles of biking, horseback, and hiking trails wind through wooded terrain, while two stocked ponds invite quiet afternoons of fishing. A massive outdoor fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot on cold nights, and an outdoor basketball and pickleball court adds space for group activities. The pavilion features an outdoor living room, a gas fire table, and a dining area, complemented by an outdoor kitchen with grills for shared meals.

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and longer stays. A washer and dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron keep daily routines easy. Family‑friendly amenities such as a pack‑n‑play and high chair are available. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. Pets are welcome, smoking is allowed, and self‑check‑in is provided through a smart lock.

All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.

We are available by app messenger from 8am through 10pm daily.
