This house was very central easy to get to and from any location that we were heading to whether it be a ski hill or Quebec city. The house was clean, very modern had everything there that you would need and enough room for a family of four. The parking was a bit of a mass there really is not enough parking for four vehicles. This is a shared rental unit, which I was unaware of when communicating with the owner I thought we had the whole house to ourselves however, there are four units in this complex. We had to move our vehicle several times because the tenant below us was not happy with his parking spot and we needed to get out for skiing first thing in the morning and had to move several times to accommodate him. overall, this unit was very good. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had immediately which was extremely helpful. I would recommend this unit for anybody wanting to get to and from Quebec city. It is very easy. It was a bit odd that we were located in an Ultramar parking lot.
