THE SPACE

The Cottage is a comfortable, non-smoking guesthouse with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an additional half bath.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• One queen-size bed in each bedroom

• One queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room

• Bedding, pillows, and towels provided

The cottage comfortably sleeps four guests in the bedrooms and can accommodate up to six using the sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & INDOOR AMENITIES

The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic kitchen essentials are provided, along with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sweetener.

Please supervise dogs outside the fenced yard and keep them under your control while exploring the shared property.

Before arrival, you’ll receive the gate and house entry codes needed for a simple, contactless check-in. Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.
