We’re design lovers, dog people, and outdoor adventurers — and we’ve poured our hearts into creating a space that’s stylish, comfortable, and always ready for fun.

Important Notes
* No A/C: Most homes in McCall don’t have air conditioning because it’s rarely needed. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, movable fans throughout the home, and cool mountain nights mean you’ll stay comfortable. We recommend opening windows at night and closing them in the morning.
* Garage not for parking: It’s been turned into a game room, but there’s ample driveway parking.
* Pet Fee: $75/pet, with host approval required.
NOTE: - Since we’re a pet-friendly home, this means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort.
* No smoking or vaping, $1,000 cleaning fee if violated.
* Please be mindful of our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Rental Agreement & Guest Verification Required – All guests must complete a simple rental agreement, ID verification, and choose between a $1500 refundable security hold or a $50 third-party damage waiver (plus $3/night for stays over 10 days). This protects our home and ensures peace of mind for everyone.
Please inquire for longer stays as we're able to offer a different waiver option for this.

The only locked spaces are two storage closets: one in the garage and one in the upstairs king suite.

Winter Travel Notice
From November–March, expect snow and icy conditions. Please plan ahead:
* AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended
* Chains or snow tires may be required
* Our driveway is plowed regularly, but accumulation is possible
* Check weather reports before travel
* Guests are responsible for their vehicles — we are not liable for towing or delays due to road conditions
