Bring your group to the Conservatory Mansion for your next Celebration at Franklin Park Conservatory! Located steps from Franklin Park Entrance, this historic home has been brought back to its original glory for you to create lasting memories in. This home boasts five gorgeous bedrooms, an expansive living room and dining room area, a gourmet kitchen with a huge island and two additional sitting areas for you to enjoy your friends and family. The location is top notch and the home is amazing!

This historic Craftsman style Tudor has been brought back to its original glory. Located in a Historic area of Columbus, within steps of Franklin Park Conservatory, you will feel like you are back in the roaring twenties at one of the Great Gatsby parties! The original charm of the home has been maintained with gorgeous woodwork, five fireplaces and hardwood flooring throughout the house. This home is perfect for a bride and her ladies, or a family reunion!

When you enter through the front door you will be taken aback by the lovely foyer that boasts original hardwood flooring and has a bedroom to the right, kitchen and bathroom in front of you and living room/dining room to your left.

The first floor bedroom has a beautiful decorative fireplace, comfy queen size bed, dresser, garment rack for your dresses or suits and a smart TV so you can relax once you turn in for the night. This room is full of natural lighting with multiple windows that have been adorned with wood blinds. This first floor bedroom makes it easy for the traveler who cannot do a lot of stairs!

Going through the foyer you will run right into the huge gourmet kitchen with all brand new cabinetry, open shelving, and an enormous island for your cooking and entertaining delight! The island has three stools and a built upscale Bluestar range. The range hood is both attractive and functional to ground the room. The kitchen is well equipped for the guest who would like to whip up a family dinner or serve carry out!

Off of the kitchen you will find the full bathroom that has a large shower with all new tiling, fixtures, and vanity. No cost was spared on this remodel - we want our guests to enjoy a luxurious stay at our home!

Coming out of the bathroom you will notice the gorgeous dining room, with cherry woodwork, original wall murals and ceiling to accompany, and new chandelier. The marble table is expansive enough to comfortably seat 10 - perfect ambiance for a dinner party!

Completing the circular design of the first floor is the living room. We have provided two deep seated premium leather sofas, window seating, and a large smart TV for the traveler who just wants to hang out and watch a movie or the latest game. There is a huge window seat along the front set of windows in addition to window seating on each side of the decorative fireplace. Plenty of room for a memorable gathering!

From the foyer you walk up a flight of stairs and you will come to the first of two landings, equipped with two comfy chairs. Great place to have a nightcap and enjoy the silence of the evening, or a morning cup of joe! Going up from this landing you will come to the second floor, which houses four more bedrooms. You will notice that the landing is well equipped wityh seating for four, as well has houses a cupboard style bar for the travelers who may want to have a drink while they wait for their friends to get ready to go out on the town! Three of the bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds and the fourth has a king sized bed & a twin day bed in it. We want our guests to be taken aback with the bedding and decor of these bedrooms! All have been painstakingly designed with an eye for elegance! There are closets in all the bedrooms, complete with iron, steamer and a full size and smaller size ironing boards.

The two bedrooms on the left share a laundry space closet, with a stackable washer and dryer for your use, and the bedroom on the right has a relaxing screen room off of it, so you can enjoy the natural sounds of the City off of your bedroom. This second floor also houses another full bathroom, complete with luxury tub and separate shower!

All attention to detail has been thought of in this house and it is sure to be a stunning backdrop for your group!

You will have the main home, with ample parking behind the house. There is a third floor apartment that you will not have access to.

Located between downtown Columbus and Bexley, the East Broad Street Historic District in Columbus, Ohio is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The district includes the section of East Broad Street from Ohio Avenue on the west to Monypenny Street on the east. It includes lavish residences and is also home to Franklin Park Conservatory.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is Central Ohio’s premier botanical garden and home to the iconic John F. Wolfe Palm House which dates back to 1895. Situated just east of Franklin Park, the Conservatory is approximately two miles from downtown Columbus. Our house is located within walking distance to the Conservatory.

The visitor experience spans about 13-acres and is comprised of the Conservatory building, a Children’s Garden and the Grand Mallway. The experience consists of botanical biomes, lush gardens, special horticulture and art exhibitions, and seasonal offerings. A collection of glass works by artist Dale Chihuly is also on display. The grounds host a 4-acre garden adjacent to the visitor experience that encompasses an apiary, rose pavilion, berry house and 40 community garden plots as well as, a demonstration kitchen and Live-Fire Cooking Theater. This area is open to the public at no charge from dawn until dusk.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.


• We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise!


• The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time.


• Your safety matters to us! Our property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests.

• We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately.


• We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.


• Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.


• That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address.


• We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management.


• If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate.


• There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs!


• Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy!


• We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions!



• Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house.


• We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.


• This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house.


•$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee



• No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises.



• Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house.


• We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times.


• No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.
