By using the pool, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Use at Your Own Risk: The pool is not supervised. Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk. The host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of life.
2. No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim responsibly. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Never leave children unattended near the pool.
3. No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited. The pool is not designed for diving and serious injury can occur.
4. No Glass in Pool Area: For everyone’s safety, please do not bring glass bottles, cups, or containers into the pool area.
5. Secure the Area: Please ensure the pool gate is closed and latched after each use to prevent unsupervised access, especially by children.
6. Health & Hygiene: Shower before entering the pool. Do not enter the pool if you are ill, have open wounds, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool, surrounding area, or safety equipment due to negligence or misuse.
