Ideal for families, traveling professionals, or small groups looking for a clean, well-equipped home near Drake University, downtown Des Moines. Conveniently located near Merle Hay Mall with quick access to I-80/I-35 for easy commuting.
Dedicated private office, Gig-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, laundry room, and driveway parking for 3 vehicles. 4 queen beds sleeping up to 6 guests.
Recently renovated interior with new flooring, updated bathrooms, new beds and modern furnishings.
The home features 4 queen beds. Two private bedrooms are located on the main level. The finished lower level is a studio-style layout with two separate sleeping areas. One queen bed in a defined alcove space and one queen bed in the main living are, with sleeping areas positioned on opposite sides of the room for privacy. The suite includes a full leather lounge with Roku smart TV, a bar area with beverage fridge, ample cabinet storage, a 4-seat dining area, and a full bathroom with rain shower. Ideal for two guests wanting separated sleeping arrangements, or a crew lead who wants a private floor.
New full-sized washer and dryer are located in the lower level laundry room.
Whether you're managing a project, working an event series, or relocating to the Des Moines area, this home offers space, privacy and convenience for 2-4+ week stays.
Other things to note: No pets permitted. Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entry/driveway and rear entry. Outward-facing only, no interior cameras. A Minut device monitors noise levels and smoke only; no audio or video recording inside the home.

Excellent house, host thought of everything to make our stay conformable- right down to the Q-tips and dryer sheets. Highly recommend- very cozy and great beds too.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were coming to help with a sick family member. It was in a convenient location to get around town. The house was so cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more! The host was very easy to communicate with and very flexible.

Such a cute place! The decor was fantastic and gave the whole home a cozy, welcoming vibe. The beds were super comfy, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to all of our planned events. Hosts were very attentive. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet making it the perfect home base for our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Great house with great accommodations- all newly renovated and lovely decor. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were great. My dog loved the backyard to run and fetch. I would highly recommend this home.
