We have just replaced the living room furniture with a new Lazy Boy complete furniture set, as well as new bar stools and new guest mattresses. Two coffeemakers; one Keurig and one standard coffeemaker. There are new cabinets and granite countertops throughout the unit including the kitchen, wet bar and all four bathrooms as well as new tiled showers in the master and hall bathrooms. All bathrooms have comfort height toilets and vanities.

This third-floor condo units has direct access to parking, stairways and elevators. All this with floor-to-ceiling glass that overlooks the pool, lazy river and gulf.

There's plenty of room for your family in this upscale three-bedroom/four-bath vacation condo. The spacious living area is decorated in solid earth tones, including two Lazy Boy recliner sofas and two Lazy Boy rocker recliners, end tables and coffee table round out the grouping. All are within easy viewing of the large flat-screen TV on the opposite wall above the DVD player and stereo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with slate appliances, flat-top stove and granit countertops that compliment the warm wall color as well as a wet bar just across from the kitchen.

In the dining area, a sideboard matches the dining table and six chairs and expanded seating is available via the four chairs at the breakfast bar as well as the table for six on the tiled balcony.

Just off the dining area is the master bedroom. This lovely suite includes a King-size bed, pair of nightstands with tall lamps, a large wall-mounted TV and a DVD player. The master bath has a garden tub and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms two and three are situated across the hall from each other, one with a pair of queen beds, the other with a pair of full beds. Both include a nightstand, a mirrored dresser and a flat-screen TV hung on the wall, and both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination and are painted with warm earth tones. The fourth bathroom includes a walk-in corner shower with glass walls and door.

All TVs living room (65 inch smart TV) and bedrooms throughout this unit are 50 - 55 inch flat screens.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
