Cozy, secluded one-bedroom barndominium on a serene 1.5-acre wooded lot—ideal for a peaceful nature retreat or a launching pad for local adventures. This destination is geared for adults only. We are located one and half mile from I-75, exit 72.
Enjoy rustic charm with modern comforts, across from Jellystone RV & Camp Resort on Watts Bar Lake (day passes available). RVs and boat trailers are welcome—shaded, private parking on-site for our guests. The driveway is long enough for RVs or boat trailers, but you will have to back in to the spot because the driveway is not wide enough for U-turns. Nearest public boat ramp is 4.5 miles, 8 minutes away at Polecat Ramp, 29302 Loudon Hwy., Loudon, TN 37774.
