This well-appointed condo offers sleeping accommodations for 6 with a King size bed in the master and twin bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of seating around the dining table or at the bar! Whether you are enjoying the Gulf views from your private balcony or splashing around in the Gulf Front pool, there is truly something for everyone! Built-in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Perfect Fall Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay during fall break. We rarely had to leave the condo due to the nearby amenities. The condo was perfect! We hope to stay again soon!

Summer Vacation

The property is very nice,,,just as described. The ice maker on the fridge ( new and very nice) was prone to freezing up. That wasn't a problem...as we used the ice trays. We loved everything about it...especially that it is SO close to beach access...we never used the elevators. We could run back to the condo from the beach in just a couple minutes. Very nice place.

Another great stay

Always a nice time here. Very clean and comfortable for a guys ski weekend. Outdoor fire pit has awesome views. Will be back.

Amazing couldn’t ask for anything better

It was amazing, the condo, the staff, the views, easy check in and out. Convenient to shopping and food. You also could see the pier from your room. The pools are amazing as well. Will definitely be coming back to room 235.

Loved the location!

We loved the location on the Gulf! It was close to many restaurants and activities. The condo was just the right size for us and very well stocked. Most of all, the owner worked with us and the management company, Real Joy Vacation Rentals were the best we have ever experienced. They responded quickly to our questions and requests and they urged us to let them know if we needed anything else.

Great location for a vacation on the beach

The condo was exactly as presented. Spacious, comfortable, easy access to the stairs which meant avoiding always taking the elevator to the beach or pool. The view from inside or from the balcony was just what we wanted… the beach and water. Plus the sunsets were beautiful!

Worth every penny spent

This place was perfect for my fiancé and myself. The room was clean and view of the ocean was BEAUTIFUL!! Highly would recommend. The garage was a hike from the room but that didn’t matter to us. Will be back for sure!!

Great for families

The over all experience was nice. The condo was as expected, my only concern was that every time we’ve stayed at this property the wait time for the elevators are insane. We waited almost 45 mins just to get an elevator down to check out. Otherwise the stay and location are great

My stay

Checking in was a nightmare, everything else was clean except there was a dirty Q Tip In the tracks beneath the mirror in the bedroom. We accidentally broke a lamp but the owners were very understanding and they were very helpful throughout the trip. The condo was very nice and located close to everything we like to do. Overall it was great.

Living room furniture needs replacing as well as bar stools. Cloth/fabric couch and recliner are worn out! Everything else in the condo was ok…nice kitchen appliances, beds were pretty good and nice bed pillows. So why allow the living room furniture to be so bad. There was a smell…I’m thinking it was the dingy fabric furniture and the bar stools. The furniture on the balcony needs cleaning. We were there for only 2 nights and I got a pretty good deal so…

We enjoy staying at Emerald Beach, as this is our third stay there. I would suggest putting another lock on the door, so that children can’t easily open the door. This unit has nice appliance and cooking utensils that you may need. Also, this unit is located on 2nd floor and near elevator and stairs which makes it easy access.

This was a very nice place it smelled really clean when we walked in! Great location and the view was beautiful! It was a little tricky finding the room at first because it was on the Wyndham side not Emerald Beach side. We found it and Raya was amazing she helped too! I do have two suggestions that might help the next person change the toilet out for a higher one for older people and maybe keep a small vacuum for the hard floors ( for someone like me I lose a lot of hair so the vacuum would have been great) Overall a great getaway and we will stay there again in the future! Thanks for a wonderful vacation home❤️

Perfect condo

Condo was just as described. I read the reviews and all said it was clean. That was most important to me and it was very clean, smelled nice, furniture was clean and in good shape, bed was perfect and didn’t have any odors… another thing I’m picky about. Also loved that it was on the second floor. We had a perfect view of the ocean and we didn’t have to wait on the elevator. The only thing I would change is to add a Keurig coffee maker instead of or in addition to the regular coffee machine.

Summer Vacay

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Reasons I would not choose to stay here again include the parking situation and cleanliness of the condo. The whole parking across the street and then using an elevator to get to the skybridge, walk across to then take another elevator to the condo was a bit of a task given not all elevators were operating. Upon checking in the condo had a musty odor, almost as though it had been smoked in, and just overall it didnt "feel" the cleanest. Nothing we were unable to fix with a little lysol and febreeze though! Did i enjoy my stay? Of course. Was the view from the balcony and the beach access fantastic? Definitely. I would not seek out intentionally staying here again, but for the price and location it was overall a great rental.

Peaceful getaway

First of all, thank you for sharing your unit with us. Very clean, nice furniture and beautifully decorated. We will rent again. More needs to be shared about the convenience of this condo's location. If you can walk two flights of stairs, you never have to get on an elevator after arrival. We walked out the door and to the left were stairs that took you down to the beach. To the right were stairs that took you to the walkway to the parking garage. There is an elevator outside the room also, but we never saw it used or did we use it. The only negative thing for us was that it was bike week, and we could hear them going up and down the road at night due to the location of the bedroom. We bought a fan to block out the noise, and all was perfect. My only recommendation to the owner, would be to buy a stand-up fan for the bedroom to help block out road noise on these occasions. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we will definitely rent this unit again.
