We chose Colony Beach Club in New Smyrna Beach because it perfectly blends relaxation and charm. It’s quiet and friendly, with easy access to the beach, local shops, and great dining. Mornings here often start with a walk by the ocean or coffee on the balcony with a view. We love how peaceful it feels, while still being just minutes from everything NSB has to offer. It`s truly the best of both worlds.

The unit includes one assigned covered parking space directly in front. An additional vehicle may park using the provided parking pass, which must be displayed at all times during your stay.
