Guests have full access to the entire property, including pool, spa, game room, and all indoor/outdoor areas.

Fireplace in living room is non-functional.

Other things to note
There are 2 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard and 1 located in the front yard pointing to the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

Music is allowed outside until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers are permitted; however, large speakers, DJ equipment, and karaoke machines are not allowed outdoors—per city rules.

No Smoking indoors or near the pool — $1,000 fine applies.

Trash Removal required at checkout — $50 fee if left behind.

Early check-in / late check-out may be arranged for $30/hr for early check-in and $33/hr for late check-out (pending availability).

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
