We really enjoyed our stay. View was amazing! It had everything we need. Very thankful for the air conditioning in the bedroom. Only 2 sort of negatives-1. The path to the closest beach, Shipwreck beach, was longer than expected along the rocky shoreline. 2. The door lock might need to be replaced soon. Sometimes it was hard to get open. Overall, still 5 stars for the price and view!

Condo was ideal for two couples, just as advertised. Loved the balcony view best of all, great place to start the morning with coffee and happy hour as well. Communication with the host was excellent, check in easy and good instructions for check out. I highly recommend this unit, we look forward to returning.

Nice condo on the cliff in Poipu. Great location for a morning walk along the cliff out to Shipwreck beach. Easy walk to Poipu beach for snorkeling. Short drive to grocery store in Ko’ola for fresh poke’ every night. The air conditioning was invaluable especially as we had not one, but 2 Kona storms during our stay and the humidity outside was crazy until the Tradewinds returned! 3 full sized boogie boards, 1 toddler sized. Plenty of beach towels, nice chairs with backpack straps.

The room and condo were in a GREAT location on Poipu Beach. Close to everything, walking distance to Shipwreck Beach and the rocks, which was awesome. Overall, the condo was what we were expecting, but we did encounter a few issues. The description failed to mention that the only AC was two mobile window units in the bedrooms upstairs, which meant no AC downstairs. It was not a problem for us as you can open the lanai door and the entry door and the breeze works great downstairs. The main issue we had was the appliances. The refrigerator leaked while we were there and had trouble cooling our food, but it’s an easy fix for the next guest. The condo grounds were fantastic, great spot to watch the sunset, great pool and hot tub for after the long days hiking or at the beach. We would book this condo again if we came back to Kauai for sure.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect—right between two amazing beaches that are both walking distance. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at sunrise. Waking up to that view never got old.The house was comfortable and well set up, and we loved having AC units in the upstairs bedrooms. It had everything we needed, including beach equipment, which was a huge bonus and saved us from having to rent our own. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The air condition in the bed rooms was great. The lower floor has a really nice cross breeze making the main living area very comfortable. We comfortably walked to shipwreck beach and Poipu beach several times. The location driving to all things was very convenient.I loved sitting on the patio to enjoy the sunrise each day watching the ocean.

Amazing View Indeed!

Was a wonderful time at a great spot. Hospitality was good and couldn't ask for better area! Was relaxing to walk out to the sights and sounds of the waves every morning, not to mention the cooling breeze. It felt like we were in our own house with no neighbors around so definitely would go back again!

Great location

Great location and easy quick drive to restaurants and shops. Walked to poipu beach a couple times and enjoyed the trail to shipwreck beach. Place is great. AC was great to have at night in the bedrooms.
