The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, Roku TV, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. I stayed at this location for my 25th birthday get-together & it was amazing! The home was very clean & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, clear and responsive. It is very difficult to find Long Island properties that will allow small gatherings, so this is definitely a gem! I look forward to staying here again.

Yvonne was lovely and very communicative. I just wish it was listed a bit more prominently that this is a unit in a two family home- NOT an entire home as it appears. We had no idea until the downstairs unit decided to check in at 2am and we called the police as we thought we were experiencing a break in. All and all fine, but if you’re looking for the full space, check elsewhere.

I’m very sorry for the confusion regarding the property layout. The listing is for a private 3-bedroom unit with its own entrance in a two-unit home, which is noted in the listing description, but I understand how this may not have been immediately clear. The late arrival you mentioned was a guest checking into the separate unit after significant travel delays. Unfortunately, the timing created an unexpected situation, and I completely understand how that could have been alarming in the moment. We appreciate you bringing this feedback forward and will continue working to make the property description as clear as possible for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Teajah and her family were friendly and communicative. We had a misunderstanding about our gathering policy. What began as a small family dinner did grow into a larger house party, which isn’t allowed under our house rules. We discussed it during their stay; they were receptive, and they told me the guests were leaving, and I appreciated their understanding. However, unregistered guests returned overnight. With clear agreement on house rules, I believe future stays will be enjoyable for both host and guest.
