Escape to 508 & 509 Sailmaker on Summer Beach! These sister units share a wall and a connected terrace. Dog-friendly 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 2 kitchen, vacation rental accommodates up to 13 guests. Take a short walk to the beach or unwind on your private balcony with views of the Sailmaker community pool. Enjoy a fun-filled vacation with family and friends in this charming beach retreat. HOUSE RULES:

- ONE Dog up to 60 pounds permitted - NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED

- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind

- No parties or events

- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation

- Minimum age to book is 25

- PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
