There is a difference between a hotel, a farmhouse, and a vacation rental. Some people start complaining and are never satisfied, no matter what is offered. The guest has to decide what type of property they want to choose The rental price was far below the actual value of the property. The property spans 14.83 acres and includes 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 500 sq. ft. gaming area with a pool table and table tennis. Despite offering an initial 25% discount, followed by an additional 50% discount (a total of 75% discount), they still behaved as if they were doing me a favor. Amenities such as the large deck, pool table, table tennis, and gazebo were provided even though they were not listed in the rental description. Every small thing adding may not be possible. By the way the pool was a typo and I have clear pictures what is included don’t have to to much big deal and welcome to ask question before make a decision Personally, I love this place and keep it as a rental only so I can stay whenever I need. Given the experience, I would not rent to them again.
