Step into the past and experience how Icelanders once lived — with all the comforts of today. The Sigló House is a faithful 19.2 sqm traditional Icelandic home, offering an unforgettable and authentic stay right in the center of Siglufjörður.

Located on the town’s charming main street, you'll be just steps from the local bakery, weekend pizzeria, restaurants, bars, a cozy café, and the local brewery — all within a short walk. The harbor is nearby, adding a scenic touch to your experience.

Though compact, the house is smartly designed. A cozy dining and seating area in the kitchen space makes it easy to relax and enjoy your surroundings. While there’s no cooking possibility, it’s hardly needed with so many delicious options just around the corner.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and functional bathroom with a walk-in shower, stocked with spa-style amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, hand cream, towels, and a hair dryer — all provided.

The bedroom features two separate twin beds in true Icelandic style, with rustic wooden furnishings that reflect how Icelanders slept and lived in earlier times. The beds are smaller than normal beds or 190x75cm and 185x95cm.

Outside, enjoy a little garden space and the charm of being right in the heart of town — yet tucked into your own peaceful corner.
