This thoughtfully designed home combines charm, comfort, and functionality to create a relaxing space perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends looking to explore Colorado Springs.

The living room sets a warm and welcoming tone with plush seating, soft lighting, and natural light from a large front window with a portable AC. Whether you’re curling up for a movie on the Smart TV or enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee, this cozy space makes it easy to settle in and unwind.

The kitchen is compact but fully stocked, offering everything needed for easy meals at home. You'll find full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, a complimentary coffee station with pods, and a spice rack for added convenience. While this is one side of a duplex, there are no shared interior or exterior spaces, and you'll have your own private entrance. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
