The studio apartment is located over the garage (built in 2000, renovated in 2024) on our family’s beloved homestead, built in 1799 and lovingly lived in since 1922. Nestled at 6206 Georgia Shore Road in St. Albans, Vermont, the property is surrounded by trees, gardens, and open lawns. It’s a peaceful, kid-friendly setting just minutes from the lake, offering both history and hospitality in the heart of northwestern Vermont.
