Two bedrooms, 2 baths luxury condo. Walk in to your own 1,500 sq. ft. suite starting with full kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.

A home away from home! Each Bedroom has king sized bed , TV and Jet Spray tub. Living room has queen sized sofa bed and TV with DVD player. Kitchen has all of the amenities and standard sized appliances. Both bathrooms have shower and separate tub and double sink vanity.

The Grandview at Las Vegas is your Oasis in the desert. While the weather is hot, lay out on the large sundeck by one of the five pools. That's right 5 luxury pools to choose from!!! One has a rock waterfall, another a water slide, one is just for children. At night or in the winter the pools are heated and there are 5 hot tubs.

No need to do a timeshare presentation. In fact, if asked just say no, don't waste your time.

Exercise in the fitness room or play some games in the video arcade. The Grandview Resort is located adjacent to the South Point Casino which has several restaurants, movie theaters and a bowling alley. The resort even offers a limited shuttle service for an additional fee. Here you can get by without a car.

The 2 bedroom comes with 2 king beds and 2 queen sleeper sofa's. The 2 bedroom sleeps 8. Email me or call me for 2 bedroom pricing.

Wireless internet also available in room for a onetime fee, but there is also free computer usage in administration building.

Other activities onsite include, game room deli, gift shop, Mini golf, and BBQ grills.

Lake Mead, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and other great outdoor activities nearby. Whatever you like to do, even just relax, you can do here!

The spacious suite comes with individual living and dining rooms, ceramic tile in living area, and fully appointed kitchen equipped with range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, and toaster along with most needed cookware and service for six. Washer and dryer in every suite, king-size bed and queen size sofa bed, rollaway beds available upon request, walk-in shower, separate Jacuzzi tubs, all linens and bath towels provided, televisions in living room and bedroom, DVD player, hair dryers, ironing board with iron.
