The Villa Roza is situated in quiet part of Croatian island of Murter but close enough to everything You need(about 250 m from the nearest beach,pharmacy,bar,restaurant,grocery shop,bank etc.)on the lot of 820 m2.The house has 180 m2.It consists of 3 double bed bedrooms (one has its own bathroom-en suite),and one with bunk bed.The villa is provided with damast linen ,bath robes,memory foam matraces,free slippers and toiletries.The ground floor consists of open concept living room with two sofas,140 cm smart flat screen tv ,fully equipped kitchen with free spices,coffee,paper towels,detergents( etc) and dining area with table for 8 persons.There are also 2 common bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi,and one with massage shower tower.All rooms have security deposit boxes,sat tv,air conditioning and black out curtains.At the gallery of the upper floor there is little fitness centre with table football for whole family to enjoy.

On the property there are free parking,free Wifi,32 m2 heated swimming pool with led lights and counter swimming device.Near the pool there is solar shower.3 rooms have terraces with sea view,one room has terrace with pool view.At first floor terraces there are wooden tables with two chairs,and at the ground floor at front terrace there are wooden seating set for 4 people.At the pool terrace there is big stone barbecue and summer kitchen with 3 gas burners and 1 electric ,a sink with hot running water. The summer kitchen is covered with roof, and has wooden table for 10 people.At the sun deck there are 4 wooden sun loungers for sun bathing, and two parasols.By the pool there is Jacuzzi for 5 persons, with hydro and air massage,Bluetooth music device with underwater sub woofer for better music experience. Jacuzzi is also equipped with light therapy device and aroma therapy option.At the sun deck, beneath the rustic hand carved wall, there is sauna for three persons, equipped with Bluetooth music device and led stary ceiling. Near the sauna there is pool bed for two, with curtains for your privacy.At the pool terrace there is common laundry facility with washing machine ,and a little storage.At right side of the pool terrace there is Eco grown herb garden with various spices and herbs for guests to enjoy.At night ,all outside property is lid with discrete led lights.In front of the house there is big stone patio with parking space.Also there is Eco grown fruit and vegetable garden for guests to enjoy.The villa has central heating and solar panels for hot water.All house equipment (air conditioning,heating,lights,kitchen appliances, tv-s are energy efficient and are rated A+ or higher).Guests have at their disposal two electric and two mountain bikes,outdoor tennis table,darts and badminton.
